Participants wanted

We are looking for small (up to 10 apartment rights) and medium-sized (11-30 apartment rights) homeowners’ associations (HOAs) that are transitioning from inactive to active. Have you been working on maintenance or sustainability improvements? If so, we are curious about your experience and that of your HOA. What was the trigger for activation? How did you get started? How did the collaborations go, and what worked well?

For the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), we are engaging in conversations with HOA residents to discover the obstacles they face when creating a sustainable long-term maintenance plan (LTMP), as well as the drivers that motivate them to take action.
