With 12.2% self-employed above the European average and 72% in the creative industries . Planning for the future, especially retirement, is a challenge for many people. Later is a tricky thing. “Everyone wants to grow old, but no one wants to be old ”. De future me, in fact, does not feel at all like yourself. It is a stranger, where you yet feels no responsibility for it. For many zzp’ers later, too late to do anything for retirement and set up their later properly.

The project “The Art of Later” examined this problem and developed solutions for the old-age provision of thethem cultural and creative self-employed people. Understanding the possibilities
Retirement Viewer
A part of the cultural and creative freelancers Needs to better manage retirement, but doesn’t know what the options are. Every self-employed person is unique. Therefore, it is important for a self-employed person to choose a method of pension accrual that suits their needs. We developed the Pension Viewer to give ZZP’ers insight into the possible istics of pension accrual. This tool allows self-employed people to make a choice with more confidence about how they want to arrange their retirement provision. Thus, the step to a good old-age provision is reduced.

In this issue, there is not designate one problem owner.
Therefore, throughout the project, we worked with various partners and cultural and creative freelancers. The project is initiated by Muzus, Motivaction, Think+DO and 3310 School for Millennials.
Daarnaast is er samengewerkt met Platform ACCT, Ministry of SSW, Nibud, Bright Pension, PGB pension services, PFZW, TodayTomorrow, Toffey, Sofie van Greevenbroek and playwright Simon Weeda.
