Talent Valley
Talent Valley is a platform for curious young people aged 15 to 27 who, for whatever reason, are not (or no longer) finding their feet at school, but certainly have talents worth developing further. This is the first living lab of the digital citizenship program line. In it, young people help their peers develop their talents. In this way, they discover their hidden strengths and their own place in the labor market.

Muzus has been asked to shape the program. Everything we do is done in co-creation with the young people. Their motivations, needs and behaviors are the starting point, so we can be sure that the approach we develop fits their perceptions. We are also developing a toolkit: a practical approach that other libraries, schools and employers can use to roll out Talent Valley in their own communities. This project is part of the Digital Citizenship program line, which aims to make citizens – young and old – skilled and resilient, enabling them to better participate in and contribute to the digitizing society.
