Key moments Longer at home
Muzus developed six personas as theme maps around living longer at home based on qualitative research into the needs and experiences of Rotterdammers. In addition, Muzus identified key moments when longer home needs change or agencies can stimulate preventive change.

Interviews and group discussions with elderly people, people with disabilities and informal caregivers have provided more insight into the wishes, needs, and key moments in the lives of the target group. This allows the municipality to better tailor their policies, communications and services to the Rotterdammer.
Co-creation
This is also of interest to other organizations such as housing corporations, home care providers and welfare institutions. Together we look at how we can support Rotterdammers in continuing to live independently at home.
