Using the contextmapping methods, we take our clients on an adventure through the life of their target group. What motivates them and what do they need?

 Contextmapping (TU Delft- 2005) is a method by which designers explore the daily life of their target group, using the results as inspiration for innovation.



Our customer journeys, personas and service blueprints provide a clear image of your target group. This provides valuable and – often – surprising insights!


Our concepts and business models are deeply rooted in the needs of the target group. They are effective and designed to last.

Service design is co-creation
