Our approach is continuously informed by state of the art knowledge of design and other sciences, with a strong foundation in the Double Diamond methodology and the process of divergence and convergence (British Design Council, 2005). Our design principles are: people-centered, using new perspectives, empathetic visualization, co-creation and iterative work.

With context mapping and research through design, we bring the stories of your target audience into focus. The method for understanding the lives of real people.
Step 2
Imagine
We visualize people’s stories into insightful frameworks such as infographics, customer journeys, service blue-prints and personas to create empathy and support. These are inspiring and applicable tools that are accessible, shareable, and filled with stories from real people, making them valuable for your team.
Step 3
Renew
Together with the target audience and organization , we design future-proof concepts that touch needs and trigger behavioral change. We reframe and design iteratively. We both create a new perspective on your challenge and evaluate the solutions within it using prototypes with the target audience. We realize and implement concepts with collaborative partners.
