In our work, we bring people closer together. Meetings of various types and sizes contribute to mutual understanding. Within the Muzus Club, our network, experiences, and knowledge come together. We share knowledge and experience about (citizen) participation and our target groups. Every day, we engage in spontaneous conversations with people on the street or delve deeper through context mapping sessions and interviews.

In Delft, we enjoy working with organizations that employ people with barriers to the labor market. The social learning organisation Firma van Buiten provides the tastiest lunches and snacks for our workshops. Various target groups with barriers to the labor market are trained here as hospitality professionals. For print and graphic design, we collaborate with Printplezier whenever possible. From the most creative packaging to beautiful flyers, they make an impact on people, the community, and the planet. Assistants from the care center Bloei in Pijnacker-Nootdorp often help us with various tasks.

If you fit within the target group, we will schedule an appointment for an interview. You will receive a preparatory assignment to help you think about the topic in advance. During the interview, we will have a conversation together. Your story will remain anonymous. Afterwards, you will receive a voucher as a token of appreciation and thanks for your help.
