Social Design Sprint

How does it work?

In preparation, we ask you to send us a few things and we also schedule at least one online consultation moment to walk through the social challenge together. ‘Where does the problem really lie and why is it so complex and difficult to solve? ‘ “What have you already tried?” are questions we will then ask, among others. This preparation is crucial so that our designers can already become familiar with the challenge and prepare things in a customized manner. How is the Social Design Sprint different from a workshop? The focus of this day is not on extensively conveying our knowledge regarding a design-based approach, nor do we provide theoretical background on methodologies. Of course, we’ll take you through what we do and prepare it in such a way that you get to work yourself. But the focus is really on your challenge where our designers actively help you generate new angles and solutions. Unlike a workshop, the group size is a maximum of 6, this way we can work on the challenge in a focused way. At the end of the day, you have:

• A totally new perspective on your challenge
• Enough inspiration and starting points to continue working on the challenge yourself with fresh energy
• Experience how to concretely use a designing approach to arrive at different insights
• Learned about Muzus and numerous inspiring example projects of social design in your domain.
• Ideas for how to possibly address other complex social challenge as well.
