Context Mapping Skills
Why participate?
Explore the needs and experiences of your (future) users and discover new ways to improve your communications, marketing, products and services. Muzus Academy annually teaches the elective course “Contextmapping Skills” to MSc. Industrial Design students (TU Delft) in collaboration with Prof. Dr. P.J. Stappers.
A team of four to five students works for six months on a challenge from the business sector. They delve into the topic through context mapping interviews with 8-10 participants, empathically visualizing insights in frameworks like customer journeys and personas, and propose promising directions for innovation for your organization.
This elective course offers companies the opportunity to get acquainted with the context mapping method. During the project, Muzus takes on the role of teacher, coach, and project leader to align the best learning experience for the students with high-quality results.
