General conditions

By entering your personal data on our website, you agree to the storage of this information in our secure database.

Muzus respects your privacy and handles your personal information with care. We do not share your data with third parties unless it is necessary for the project. In such cases, we will always explicitly request your permission. Relevant data can be deleted at any time upon request. Muzus will only contact you for news and participation in projects.

We strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which means we will never forward or resell your data to third parties. To listen attentively to your story and include your experiences and needs in our project, we record each interview for internal use within the project team. This team consists of Muzus employees, the client in question, and any involved stakeholders. For instance, we may relisten to a conversation for clarity. Upon project completion, these recordings are destroyed.

In our client deliverables, we may use audio snippets from interviews. A snippet is a short audio clip from an interview. When selecting snippets, we ensure the content is not traceable to you as an individual. These snippets are part of the final deliverables and are not removed. You always participate anonymously, so you will never be mentioned by name without your explicit permission.

During our projects, we may share sensitive information from our clients, such as details about new products or services. The information shared during the study is confidential and should not be disclosed outside the study. This includes not making your own audio, video, or photo recordings. Therefore, we kindly ask you to turn off your phone during interviews or workshops.
