We have a genuine interest in people, new perspectives, good ideas and enthusiasm. We design solutions that really move us forward as a society. We tackle social challenges and societal transitions from a design approach. And help organizations that want to do things differently or better. Change requires thinking and acting truly differently. We focus on the needs and experience of the target audience, and design in co-creation with clients and stakeholders.

In this way, we gain a clear understanding of the motivations, behavior, and context of your target group or customer. Together, we innovate more effectively, resulting in greater impact. Too often, a problem is immediately translated into a solution, leading to a missed opportunity. These solutions fail to align with the motivations, needs, and behaviors of real people. It’s a shame, because innovation and implementation require significant time and money.

We only start designing once we have answered the question behind the question. This ensures that we are designing a solution that truly works in real life. A better Netherlands for tomorrow—that’s something we all want, right? At Muzus, we use our creative and analytical thinking to achieve exactly that, for all types of clients. We design products and services that align with people’s everyday lives, without losing sight of the perspectives of organizations and society.

Muzus was founded by designers Sanne and Neele Kistemaker and is based in Delft. For fifteen years, they have achieved success in projects alongside their growing team and the best clients, creating a great deal of enthusiasm and enjoyment in the workplace.
